Nothing to fear...
A few weeks ago my husband and I went to a water park. (I’m not kidding!) There were a lot of fun slides there but one in particular I was afraid to go on. It was VERY high and VERY steep. Ok, I thought -- if they could do it I surely could! I was afraid that I would fall right off the slide -- I’m not sure how since no one else was falling off of it. Anyhow that was my fear. So I decided to try EFT on myself and after a few rounds of tapping I went down without incident. Oh, I screamed -- but I did it -- and then I did it AGAIN! I have helped other people with their fears and phobias so it was fun to be able to help myself. So what’s the point you ask? No point really -- but a question. Do you have fears and or phobias that keep you from doing things you would like to do -- from participating in events that seem like fun but your just to afraid? Maybe a fear of the dentist or an animal or reptile? Do you have a child with a fear that you would like to help? Emotional freedom technique is a great way to get relief. This is not a scary process where you have to face your fear and do it anyway. This is a gentle pain-free way to address your fear and easily have relief.
