A New Idea to Meditate.

Meditation doesn’t have to be done sitting still. In fact, I find by moving my body I can have a better experience of stillness.


Next time you’re wanting to meditate try allowing your body to move if it wants to. Bring your awareness into your body and 30a29d60-29b4-43f4-8977-5111eb9dbc12notice whats moving.


You may start swaying or rocking. Allow it. And notice.


Giving yourself permission to follow what is moving within you can be very enlightening.
